yummy

CHICKEN PICCATA

-make a roux (equal parts of butter and flower)
tablespoon of each.... only ended up using half of it

-water
-1 lemon (for juice)
-2 tablespoons of capers
-wisk in the roux

-1 chicken
cut into thin strips, lightly flowered (with salt and pepper)

-sweet potatoes cut, seasoned, baked with yellow bell peppers and asparagus

YAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!! THE LEARNING BEGINS :D
